OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! People, please. You must take responsibility and do your own diligence with pre owned cars. These are pre owned cars! I had a fantastic experience with my sales rep, Ashley AND the Owner, Travis. I was originally looking at a new beetle that Ashley posted on Marketplace, as she is the Web sales mgr. I looked again 3 days later at their website and noticed they had my UNICORN! A Lexus SC 430 convertible! I thought I would never ever be able to own my dream car...but TRAVIS made it happen without flaw. Such a smooth transaction. I met up with Ashley and Travis on a Thursday, I requested to take it to Toyota down the street to a certified mechanic to find out what all needs to be done to the car. Again, these are pre owned cars! It is your responsibility to take action and get as much info on the car to make to right decision for you. My mechanic took an hr and half and found only 3 minor issues on this 2005 dream. After discussing the issues with Travis, he totally agreed to assist in fixing the more expensive issues. Who does that???? I am telling you, these people are incredible. I am in my late 50s, alone and asked Travis if he wouldn't put his Mother in this car, don't put me in it. And he was absolutely amazing. AMAZING. I can not say enough about the ease, the quickness of transaction and especially the transparency of Travis, Ashley and the entire team. I will be back shortly to find a beetle convertible for my sister in San Diego and will ship it to her. I will only ever go to LUCKY 7 for now on! Thank you so much for treating me right with respect and dignity. You went over and beyond to qualify me for my dream car. ❤️
